User Agreement

Article Two – Consumer's Legal Capacity
1. The consumer acknowledges their full legal capacity to use the platform in accordance with Qatari laws, or that they are 18 years of age or older.
2. In case of violation, the consumer bears full legal responsibility before the competent authorities.
Article Three – Nature of the Obligation
1. The store is obligated to provide the product or service to the consumer as displayed on the platform.
2. The store's obligation may include additional services such as after-sales or support services, depending on the type of product or service.
Article Four – Terms of Use
1. The consumer is obligated to use the platform in accordance with ethical values and applicable regulations in the State of Qatar.
2. Products or services may not be used for any illegal purpose or in violation of public morals or Qatari law.
Article Five – Accounts and Registration
Once registered, the consumer is obligated to:
1. Maintain the confidentiality of their username and password and immediately notify the store administration of any unauthorized use.
2. The consumer bears full responsibility for the use of their account, whether by them or by another party implicitly or explicitly authorized to do so. 3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration and update it if it changes.
4. If misleading or inaccurate information is provided, the store has the right to suspend or delete the account without prior notice.
5. The store maintains the confidentiality of personal data and information in accordance with Qatar's data protection laws.
Article Six – Official Communications
1. Official communication between the parties will be conducted via the email address registered on the platform.
2. Electronic communications are legally binding and serve as equivalent to paper documents.
3. The store may issue public notices or announcements via the platform or email.
Article Seven – Amendments and Fees
1. The cancellation of any clause does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
2. The store management may amend this agreement as needed.
3. The store reserves the right to charge fees for certain services or products in accordance with applicable policies or local laws.
4. Fees or discounts may be modified at any time without prior notice.
Article Eight – Payment and Settlement
1. Various electronic payment methods are available through the store's authorized partners in Qatar. 2. Product and service prices must be determined in accordance with market value in the country.
3. The store is obligated to provide official invoices and receipts.
4. Accounting specifications are applied in accordance with the financial standards adopted in Qatar.
Article Nine – Intellectual Property
1. All intellectual property rights of the store, including the trade name, logos, and content, are exclusively owned by the store.
2. The consumer is obligated not to infringe upon, copy, or use any of these rights without prior written permission.
Article Ten – Store Liability
1. The store is obligated to operate in accordance with Qatari laws and regulations.
2. The store is not liable for damages resulting from misuse by the consumer or a third party, such as shipping companies.
3. The products or services offered must be legitimate and compliant with Qatari regulations.
Article Eleven – Restriction of Use or Membership
The store reserves the right to restrict or terminate any consumer's account without prior notice, at any time, if deemed necessary.
Article Twelve – Applicable Law
This Agreement, in its entirety, is governed by the laws and regulations in force in the State of Qatar, and any dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities in the State.
Article Thirteen – General Provisions
1. The cancellation of any clause shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
2. Arabic shall be the official language for interpreting the provisions of this Agreement.
3. All prices and promotional offers are subject to change at the discretion of the Store Management.
4. Both parties agree not to violate the laws, customs, or social values of the State of Qatar.
5. This Agreement may only be terminated by an official decision of the Store Management.
