Exchange and Return Policy:

1- To exchange a product, it must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used or benefited from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For international exchanges, the consumer is responsible for all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

Return Policy:

1- The consumer has the right to return a product provided by the store within seven days of the date of receipt. This right does not apply after seven days.

2- To return a product, it must be in its original condition and the consumer must not have used or benefited from it. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before return to ensure its condition.

3- The consumer bears all costs associated with the return process. For international returns, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

4- If a defect appears in the product due to improper storage by the consumer, the consumer will not be compensated.
